As a Factory Automation Part-Time Student for JD Power Systems located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
 
<ul>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Learn about and apply knowledge in technologies for manufacturing execution systems, vision systems (part location and inspection), and other automation technology in a production environment</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Opportunity to learn about and assist in programming Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs, Fanuc robots and CNC</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist with continuous improvement factory automation projects that support safety, quality, or efficiency initiatives</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist with Manufacturing Execution System setup and testing</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist other factory automation engineers with support in troubleshooting shop floor issues </li>
