Dean, we are committed to building the next generation of technical leaders in electrical, engineering, and cybersecurity industries. </div>  Responsibilities <h1>Responsibilities</h1>As part of the team, the Systems Engineer’s responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) the following:<ul><li>Configure, maintain, and support enterprise ALM tooling—including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, and Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR)—to enable consistent, secure software delivery across InfraLink and SBU development teams;</li><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling, including build runners, artifact promotion workflows, container image management, and integration with static and dynamic security scanning;</li><li>Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation) for the developer platform itself, ensuring repeatability, version control, and auditable change history;</li><li>Onboard development teams to standardized tooling and pipeline patterns; develop reference templates, starter projects, and reusable workflows that accelerate adoption and enforce consistency;</li><li>Operate and sustain deployed environments—perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and capacity planning; monitor service health and performance; respond to incidents and resolve common problems, with escalation to senior engineers and architects as needed;</li><li>Apply secure-by-default configurations to ALM tooling, including role-based access control, branch protections, signed commits, secrets management, and audit logging; remediate findings from vulnerability scans on platform components and container images;</li><li>Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including configuration baselines, runbooks, and user-facing guidance to support developer self-service.</li></ul> Qualifications <h1>Qualifications</h1>Specific qualification requirements for the position include the following:<ul><li>Source Control & ALM Tooling: Hands-on experience administering and supporting GitHub Enterprise (organizations, repositories, branch protections, GitHub Actions) and the Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence). Familiarity with project configuration, permission models, and workflow customization.</li><li>CI/CD & Pipelines: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; working knowledge of pipeline-as-code patterns, reusable workflows, and self-hosted runners.</li><li>Artifact & Container Management: Working knowledge of JFrog Artifactory and Amazon ECR for managing build artifacts and container images, including repository structure, retention policies, image scanning, and access control.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code: Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation for provisioning and configuration management; comfortable working in version-controlled infrastructure workflows.</li><li>Cloud Services: Working experience with AWS services relevant to development platforms, including IAM, EC2, S3, ECR, CloudWatch, and supporting networking constructs.</li><li>Containers: Familiarity with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes for containerized workloads.</li><li>Security & Identity: Understanding of secure authentication and access patterns, including SSO integration with Entra ID, role-based access control, and secrets management for pipelines and applications.</li></ul><h2>Experience & Expertise</h2>2+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, build/release engineering, systems engineering, or developer platform support. Location:  Hibbing, MN Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for Dispatch Systems Administrator at Hibbing Taconite in Hibbing, MN. As a Dispatch Administrator, you will analyze and evaluate dispatch data with an emphasis on producing recommendations necessary to drive continuous improvement in mining operations. Summary of Responsibilities:     <ul><li>Ensure data integrity, monitor and maintain dispatch system performance.  Manage/implement fixes, improvements and upgrades to the system. </li></ul><ul><li>Assure proper functionality of shovel, truck, drill, and support equipment GPS-based system interfaces. </li></ul><ul><li>Assure proper functionality of data radio transmission networks. </li></ul><ul><li>Support Mine Operations by optimizing the utilization of the dispatch system to assure maximum productivity.   </li></ul><ul><li>Assist engineering, maintenance, and operations in the resolution of any and all dispatch issues.   </li></ul><ul><li>Manage dispatch system vendor to provide all necessary repairs and upgrades of the mine dispatch system. </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze and evaluate dispatch data with an emphasis on producing recommendations necessary to drive continuous improvement in mining operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage dispatch reporting system and database as required to provide timely and accurate data produced from both vendor and mine developed reports.  Write custom reports as required by mine personnel and management. </li></ul><ul><li>Repair and/or restore computer hardware, software, and networking. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the implementation of hourly and dispatcher performance feedback reporting, utilizing system information.  </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and justify future purchases and mine management system improvements.  </li></ul><ul><li>Remain current with industry developments surrounding dispatch and mine management hardware, software, and data management.   </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:      <ul><li>Experience with database management tools/languages is strongly preferred </li></ul><ul><li>A degree in computer engineering, computer science, similar field, or equivalent experience </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Previous experience with SQL  </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is desired </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience with data analysis tools (such as Python, R, or other scripting languages) is desired </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience with report automation is desired </li></ul><ul><li>Work in a mining environment preferred.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Modular dispatch system </li></ul>Regular attendance is an essential requirement.
