            <p>We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our engineering solutions team in West Virginia. This role is well-suited for recent graduates or engineers with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to gain hands-on development experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will contribute to building healthcare software solutions that improve patient outcomes while learning from experienced teammates and developing your technical skills. This position reports to the VP of Engineering and involves regular collaboration with cross-functional partners.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Work Setting</strong></p><p>This is a full-time hybrid position based in West Virginia, with onsite presence as per the schedule proposed by the manager.
