<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>0 to 2 years of professional experience in software development, business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics roles</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, aggregations, and basic performance tuning</li><li>Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server</li><li>Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, including fact tables, dimensions, and ETL or ELT processes</li><li>Experience with or exposure to BI reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar platforms</li><li>Demonstrated skills in data visualization, including selecting appropriate chart types and visual designs to clearly communicate insights and support sound decision making</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code and data pipelines</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders</li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and BI best practices</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric</li><li>Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or similar data warehouse solutions</li><li>Basic experience with data integration, ETL tools, or scripting languages such as T SQL or Python</li><li>Understanding of source control systems such as Git</li><li>Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments</li><li>Knowledge of data quality, validation, and basic performance optimization concepts Key Competencies</li><li>Strong curiosity and desire to grow as a BI and data professional</li><li>Ability to follow established standards, documentation, and development practices</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines</li><li>Team oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback</li><li>Ability to effectively use AI powered tools to enhance daily productivity, analysis, problem solving, and decision making while adhering to organizational standards and data governance practices</li></ul>
