<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Design, architect, and implement agentic AI systems using appropriate orchestration patterns, frameworks, LLM integrations, and tooling to support complex, risk aware workflows.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Own end to end delivery from prototype to production, ensuring strong data grounding, reliability, human in the loop controls, escalation paths, and graceful failure behavior in live systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Integrate agentic systems with enterprise data sources, internal APIs, and third party tools in compliance with security, privacy, and data governance policies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance decision-making using AI-driven approaches.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Partner with process owners, domain experts, and governance teams to translate business problems into trusted, usable AI solutions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Contribute to development of data science and AI strategy within DBS.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Evaluate emerging technologies in Gen AI and recommend adoption to improve capabilities.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Support intellectual property development, including publications and patents.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Participate in industry forums, conferences, and technical communities.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2></div><div><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Required</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    4+ years of experience in software or related domain.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    2+ years specialized in AI/ML, LLM solutions, and hands-on development of agentic systems and autonomous workflows.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and stateful agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or equivalent).</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Experience in deploying and operating LLM/agent workflows in production, including monitoring and evaluation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable platforms for agent development, deployment, evaluation, and safety controls.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Working knowledge of Azure based cloud environment and Databricks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Self-directed learner with strong problem-solving skills and practical business judgment.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Preferred</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Master’s degree or higher in a STEM field. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Exposure to drilling, oil &amp; gas, or industrial data environments.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">•    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).</span></p>
