The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications to meet business requirements. This role ensures that web platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance. The Web Developer works closely with designers, content creators, and other IT team members to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with organizational goals.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.

<li> Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).</li>
<li> Maintain and update existing websites and applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.</li>
<li> Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to implement user-friendly web interfaces.</li>
<li> Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and search engine performance (SEO).</li>
<li> Troubleshoot and resolve website and application issues.</li>
<li> Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and databases.</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and security best practices.</li>
<li> Document code, processes, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and team continuity.</li>
<li> Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.</li>

Position Overview:
The QA Engineer will play a central role in establishing and maintaining automated testing processes for the ISPRI SaaS application. This position is responsible for managing code review acceptance, leading regression testing throughout the software development life cycle, staging releases before production, and ensuring ongoing security testing of the ISPRI platform.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases</li>
<li>Oversee code review acceptance, collaborating with development teams to enforce best practices and code quality standards</li>
<li>Lead and execute regression testing activities during each phase of the SDLC to identify and resolve software issues promptly</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage the staging of releases, validating builds before deployment to production environments</li>
<li>Conduct regular and thorough security testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation for the ISPRI platform </li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing</li>
<li>Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)</li>
<li>Experience with code review tools and CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Strong understanding of regression testing and release management</li>
<li>Familiarity with security testing practices and tools</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Ethical Hacker)</li>
<li>Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud environments</li>
