The Roller Operator is responsible for operating rollers and compaction equipment to compact earth fills, subgrades, flexible base, and asphalt materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operate rollers and compaction equipment to compact various materials such as soil, gravel, asphalt, and other surfaces according to project specifications. </li>
