About you
<ul>
<li>You own a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Business Analyst certification;</li>
<li>You have eight (8) or more years of experience in in‑house product management roles, digital transformation roles, or scaling IT solutions;</li>
<li>You have three (3) or more years of experience managing M365 and AI tools, monitoring adoption, and integrating them with existing systems;</li>
<li>You have Microsoft 365 certifications (preferred);</li>
<li>You have experience in a law firm or professional services environment, which will be considered an asset;</li>
<li>You have a strong interest in AI/machine learning (Copilot, GPT, LLMs) and can translate technical advances into business value;</li>
<li>You demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and digital skills, with solid expertise across Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, enabling you to translate technical advancements into business value and operate effectively within complex, fast‑paced environments;</li>
<li>You are pragmatic, collaborative, influential, and results‑driven, showing integrity, cognitive flexibility, and leadership in change enablement, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that foster effective relationships across the firm;</li>
<li>You are proficient in English and French, both orally and in writing. Bilingualism is required because the person hired will be part of the national team. <li>Tu es titulaire d’un baccalauréat en informatique, en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe, ou tu détiens une certification en analyse d’affaires ;</li>

Job Description: Summary:The Manager of Salesforce &amp; Product Owner is a central role in the delivery of products for Excellus. This position works with stakeholders throughout the organization to define and prioritize features, while working with architects and their teams to ensure each feature is successfully delivered to a measurable standard. This position serves as the primary interface between the business, their development teams, and Salesforce with the emphasis on representing our customers to the teams. The individual will help shape and execute the product strategy that meets the department goals, engage in business case development, and ensure adherence to the Agile Scrum process. This position manages and develops Salesforce administration / programming staff and directs the accurate, effective, and efficient configuration, programming, support, and maintenance of assigned components of the company’s core and integrated business applications.Essential Accountabilities:<ul><li>Define &amp; communicate the overall vision, objectives, and goals of the business. Manages the roadmap, and releases in collaboration with the business &amp; IT stakeholders.</li><li>Defines scope through prioritization and management of a product backlog. Proactively manages changes in scope, identifies potential risks, and works with management and development team(s) to create recovery plans.</li><li>Lead and manage of the Salesforce product Road Map and future product strategy.</li><li>Learn, develop and gain insight in all aspects of the Salesforce tool and its capabilities.</li><li>Regularly keep stakeholders up-to-date and informed throughout project or product life cycle.
