The Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics of coordination for the Business Banking Referral Program. This includes serving as the primary point of contact and Relationship Manager for referral programs (Payroll and Merchant Services), as well as other third-party vendor management responsibilities. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and documenting requirements for solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) to revolutionize our customer interaction capabilities.
