This person will join a diverse team that is currently working on a wide range of exciting geospatially based web applications, data analytics, data visualization, and automated decision support-oriented projects. A successful Senior Software Developer at GFT will have the experience to develop and maintain full-stack solutions, effectively interact with clients, and be a great team member In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: <ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Lead cross-functional technical teams to successfully deliver client solutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work productively in a team environment, maintaining good communication with cross-functional team members throughout the project lifecycle</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Design, develop, implement, document and maintain custom geospatial solutions</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Learn and apply a wide variety of technologies to deliver solutions</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Collaborates with project team members on requirement definition including user stories, acceptance criteria and sizing/ estimation.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work within an agile delivery methodology with a cross-functional team</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Provide excellent customer service to all clients</li></ul>

<div>What you will bring to our firm: </div><div><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Math, Management Information Systems or related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">5+ years professional experience in application design, development, and operations</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Experience developing software leveraging agentic AI.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ability to lead a cross functional technical team.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Understanding of application architecture best-practices</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Experience with full stack development including SQL, C# / Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Experience with modern web development technologies including ASP.Net Core, JavaScript, and Angular, React or Vue.JS.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Experience working with relational or NoSQL database management systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Must be able to manage tasks and timelines effectively.</li></ul></div><div>What we prefer you bring: </div><div><ul><li>Experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Runtime and their associated APIs or interfaces is preferred.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Compensation:</div><div>The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $145,000.
