Overview:
MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our Corporate IT team in Seattle, WA!  The Lead Full Stack Developer is a senior technical contributor and emerging people leader responsible for delivering end‑to‑end application development while helping to mentor and shape a high‑performing team in collaboration with the Director of Product Strategy. This role requires a strong full stack developer who is comfortable owning projects, making informed and aligned decisions, partnering with stakeholders, and mentoring less experienced team members. Working across East Coast, China and India time zones may be required. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong working relationships, is committed to continuous learning, and demonstrates leadership traits that position them to eventually serve as a future partner and backup to the Director. 

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
