What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Advance our capabilities across a wide array of industries and domains and gain hands-on experience with privacy, security, data modeling and architecture&nbsp;</li>

What you’re great at:
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of software development experience in languages such as Java and Python</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Working with cloud-based application development, and be fluent in at least a few of:&nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Cloud service providers like AWS</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration, integration, and deployment tools like GitHub and Argo</li>
</ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Articulating technical concepts to a mixed audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units

6+ years in software development; strong Java/Python; cloud-based development; AWS; Docker/Kubernetes; GitHub/Argo; able to mentor and communicate with stakeholders.

<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul>

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
</li>
<li>8 years of experience in software development.</li>
<li>3 years of experience in Android in a technical leadership role overseeing projects.</li>
<li>2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.</li>
</ul> <h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul>
<li>Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field.</li>
<li>3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.</li>
<li>Experience with data management, system design, Java, Kotlin, scalability, full-stack development.</li>
