</ul> YOUR QUALIFICATIONS <ul>
<li>Salary Range: $67,000-$77,000</li><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in shopfloor control systems software development and implementation.</li>
<li>Proficient in common programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, C++ or similar.</li>
<li>Experience with data acquisition and control systems used in industrial environments.</li>
<li>Strong ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to provide technical support and conduct end-user trainings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data management practices and data governance principles.</li>
<li>Experience with software project management, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.</li>
<li>Awareness of industrial operations and processes, and how these rely on shopfloor software applications.</li>
<li>Familiar with standard industry regulations and legislation related to data and security.</li>
<li>Track record of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a keen eye for detail.</li>
<li>Experience with third-party system integration is advantageous.</li>
