We’re seeking a hardworking and eager Site Development Construction Apprentice to join our field team. In this role, you’ll learn the fundamentals of preparing raw land for construction, including earthwork, grading, utility installation, erosion control, and site safety. You’ll work closely with experienced operators, laborers, and foremen to gain hands-on skills that form the backbone of the construction process.
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>
Support site crews with daily tasks related to land clearing, excavation, grading, and utility installation
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Assist with setting up and maintaining erosion control measures such as silt fence, inlet protection, and stabilization
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Learn to read basic site plans, grades, and stakes under supervision
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Help install stormwater, water, and sewer utilities by handling pipe, bedding materials, and trench safety equipment
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely (shovels, compactors, lasers, etc.)
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas across active job sites
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Load, unload, and stage materials and tools for crews
</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif , 'deja-sans'">
Follow instructions from foremen and equipment operators to support efficient workflow

Participate in safety meetings and comply with all company and regulatory safety standards

Qualifications:

Construction Apprentice 

Entry-level site development role; high school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic; outdoor work; heavy lifting; reliable transportation.

Overview:
The Bath Authority - Installation Technician The Installer will be responsible for site prep work, simple carpentry work, as well as the installation of all TBA product lines. 

Responsibilities:
1. As a representative of the company the Installer is responsible for the behavior and performance of the crew, and will be evaluated on customer feedback include online reviews. 2. Review work jacket with supervisor 3. Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contract 4. Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure. 5. Carpentry work can include deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work. 6. Simple and complex decks 7. Demolition8. Layout and cut all materials to install the job 9. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work site 10. Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products 11. Ability to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc. Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms. 12. Performs service work 13. Collect necessary stage payments from customer when applicable 14. May be responsible for set up, take down, and repair of displays used for various outside marketing events15. Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
The Installer must complete the Apprentice Development Program and have a minimum of 3-6 months of in the field training prior to promotion. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: 1. Post Installation customer service survey, top score 90% or better 2. Online reviews, 10% of jobs installed 3.
