SUMMARY 
The Project Engineer has responsibility for coordination of technical activities on assigned projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates in conjunction with the Project Manager; monitors work for quality assurance and quality control, accepted engineering practices and standards, ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned project between all disciplines and all other project assignments. The Project Manager may delegate certain project management responsibilities to the Project Engineer, including day-to-day interaction with the Client's designated representative as well as coordination of all internal activities performed by Haydon&rsquo;s staff.&nbsp;Per diem and Housing included.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Project Controls including Document Control, RFI&rsquo;s, and Schedule Updates</li>
<li>Daily Subcontractor Management</li>
<li>Quantity Tracking &amp; Verification including performing work Takeoffs</li>
<li>Quality Assurance/Quality Control</li>
<li>Requires extensive regular contact with assigned Haydon crews and/or subcontractors</li>
<li>Participating in Owner and Subcontractor meetings</li>

Excellent skills in P6 scheduling software and excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Center OST, and MS Project. High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.
