Job Summary

<li>Develops, creates, maintains, and writes/codes new (or modifies existing) computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs. Develops APIs to integrate cyber tools and applications into SIEMs and eGRC platforms. Develops applications within the eGRC platform to fully integrate Authorization requirements. Develops solutions for document management requirements.</li>

Key Skills &amp; Experience&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Five (5+) years&amp;#39; experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience with microservice architectures within a Docker containerized environment.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Proficiency working with JavaScript/TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks Angular/React, and Java (Spring).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience deploying software solutions to a cloud-based environment.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience developing software in a Linux environment.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration, such as git and gitlab.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Understanding of static and dynamic software analysis tools and techniques.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience implementing and integrating IC community security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, integrity, and non-repudiation) into applications.</li>

Education, Certifications, &amp; Credentials

<li>Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, or Engineering related field.</li>
<li>Active Q clearance required.&nbsp;</li>

5+ years as a Software Engineer; microservice APIs; JS/TS, Angular/React, Java Spring; cloud deployment; Linux; Git/GitLab; IC security concepts; BS in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering; active Q clearance.

Senior Applications Developer, highly proficient in leading and independently maintaining, developing, testing and delivering high quality, enterprise-wide solutions.
<ul>
<li>Builds, enhances and maintains custom solutions in Jira, Java-based and Azure .NET custom web-applications.</li>
<li>Applies software updates and patches to Jira, Confluence, WebSphere.</li>
<li>Integrates Jira with other tools and systems.</li>
<li>Provides technical guidance/expertise to and mentors a team of developers.</li>
<li>Modernizes applications written in older technologies for new platforms.</li>
<li>Performs requirements analysis and writes professional, detailed technical documentation.</li>
<li>Diagnoses, troubleshoots and solves technical issues with existing applications.  </li>
<li>Provides clear communication with clients, team members and customers on video, phone and in person.</li>
<li>Captures clear, concise and accurate technical documentation.</li>
<li>Creates coded unit tests and works with Testers/Information Assurance to address program and/or security findings.</li>
<li>Acts as a mentor to less-experienced team members.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.</li>
<li>US Citizen</li>
<li>6 – 8 years+ experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom Jira solutions, software development, particularly with Java, JavaScript,  Relational databases (SQL and SQL Managed Instance).</li>
<li>4 - 6 years+ experience advanced Azure developer skills using .NET technologies, App Service and SQL</li>
</ul>

<li>Agile Scrum with JIRA, general JIRA Application Administration.</li>
<li>ServiceNow ticket management.</li>
<li>Power Platform.</li>
<li>IIS and web server administration; ability to troubleshoot applications and servers based on Cyber alerts.</li>
<li>Azure App Service, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate and lead development activities among team members. </li>
<li>SQL - particularly Stored Procedures.</li>
