While not embedded within a single function, the role plays a critical part in enabling these teams by delivering trusted, production-ready data that supports insight generation and decision-making across Pella.&nbsp;In this role, you will:&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from digital, marketing, and enterprise systems into analytics platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and manage data models that support analytics, reporting, and downstream use cases across Digital, Marketing, and Pro CX teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business partners to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement data transformations, validations, and quality checks to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and production-ready.&nbsp;</li><li>Support analytics use cases by making data easily consumable for BI tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with technology teams and vendors to integrate new data sources and evolve existing pipelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Document data pipelines, models, definitions, and lineage to support data governance and reuse across the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Pella’s analytics infrastructure, standards, and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in enabling the Digital, Marketing, and Pro CX teams by ensuring analytics data aligns with customer journeys, digital tools, and measurement frameworks.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
