The Technical Support Specialist (TSS) should be knowledgeable in all CourseLeaf products, have the ability to complete non-development configuration changes, handle milestone processing (publishing, updating, &amp; advancing), troubleshoot client requests, and report issues to development and/or other departments as necessary.
