This is a hybrid role that would require team members to come onsite in La Crosse, WI or Rosemont, IL once a month. Position Responsibilities:  Designs, develops and deploys new custom software with a clear understanding of the value the software is to provide. Produces clean, efficient, well-commented code based on requirements and design. Analyzes, designs, generates and maintains SQL databases, stored procedures and other database objects. Troubleshoots complex processes, diagnoses the root cause and provides a stable solution without incurring technical debt. Produces accurate and clear documentation, both technical documents for the development team and user guides. Communicates these appropriately to the user base as needed. Helps maintain the backlog of requests and ideas, provides analysis and feedback regarding effort and risk, and helps refine tasks and prioritize and plan work.
