The US Army Fires Center of Excellence &ndash; Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS) Chief Information Office Support Staff has the responsibility to provide Information Technology (IT) services to USAFCOEFS. The sustainment of current and emerging IT support is a critical enabler to accomplish all USAFCOEFS missions.&nbsp;Essential Functions:<ul><li>Provide expert technical guidance and assistance for all USAFCOEFS internal and external WPDAP, covering web technologies, data management, data visualization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and workflow automation.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain FCoE internal and external websites, Power Platform applications, automated workflows, Power BI dashboards, data visualizations, SharePoint sites, lists, forms and associated databases.</li><li>Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to FCoE, tenant units, Garrison, DENTAC, and MEDDAC.</li><li>Provide continuous improvement develop, enhance, and manage Command web properties &ndash; including intranet and public-facing sites &ndash; through custom SharePoint development, automated workflows, and proactive optimization for increased productivity.</li><li>Provide strategic planning to support the FCoE Chief Knowledge Officer in developing and executing long- and short-range plans, optimizing resource allocation to meet evolving user needs.</li><li>Design, develop, and support web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio and video, and social networking services and their associated APIs.</li></ul>Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>Possess an bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field of study; OR five (5) years of webmaster-related experience.</li><li>Have experience in web development and webmaster support as follows: Performing graphical design; site planning; and layout of web applications, websites, and web related services and technology utilizing dynamic and static web interfaces using HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Scripts, and Cascading Style Sheets.</li><li>Possess the ability to design, develop, and support web content with blogs, RSS/news feeds, audio and video, and social networking services and their associated APIs.</li><li>Possess the ability to create SharePoint pages and content utilizing basic web parts, administering permissions and groups, updating information, creating workflows, and basic maintenance procedures.
