What you&rsquo;ll be doing
This role will focus on the design, development, and delivery of reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects and stakeholders across the business, the Business Intelligence Report Developer will transform data into meaningful visualizations and insights, leveraging both SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.

You will be responsible for

What we need from you

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">2&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience with SSRS and Power BI in enterprise environments</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+)</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience in developing paginated reports and dashboards based on complex data models</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Familiarity with data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or supply chain is an asset.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Knowledge of GIT, SQL Server performance tuning, or analytics languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus</li>

Responsable en el desarrollo, ejecución de proyectos y actividades alineando las estrategias de la compañía, para la mejora y/o control de los procesos, así como de los métricos relevantes de eficiencia, calidad y costo de la planta a través de análisis, metodologías y herramientas de mejora continua MKOS, desarrolla a los ingenieros plenos, jr o asistentes de Ingeniería.2.0       RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES:2.1    Análisis y resolución de problemas para brindar soporte, soluciones en proceso y garantizar el tiempo de fabricación del producto.  2.2    Implementación de proyectos de mejora de capacidad, reducción de costos, calidad y eficiencia en los procesos. 2.3    Desarrollar y optimizar los procesos y proyectos de mediano/largo plazo de nivel moderado hacia arriba, asignados en la compañía.  2.4    Uso de herramientas y metodologías de MKOS, Lean Manufacturing, Solución de Problemas, Herramientas de Calidad entre otros, para el desarrollo y ejecución de las diferentes actividades y proyectos de su área. 2.5    Monitoreo y mejora de los resultados de costo, eficiencia, calidad y seguridad. 2.6    Actualización o implementación de sistemas para el control para la mejora de los procesos. 2.7    Desarrollo de estudios de ingeniería. 2.8    Manejo del HeadCount de acuerdo con las necesidades y capacidades del proceso. 2.9    Desarrollar e implementar las instrucciones operativas y documentación de procesos necesaria, así como el entrenamiento al personal requerido. 2.10    Estandarización de operaciones en sus áreas y metodologías. ( Trabajo estándar o STD work) 2.11    Ejecución y seguimiento de ECN. 2.12    Apoyo y seguimiento a actividades de corporativo y de áreas que requieran su soporte. 2.13    Investigación, evaluación e implementación de nuevas tecnologías para los procesos. 2.14    Desarrollar personal asignado. 2.15    Calculos de bono de productividad, Reportes requeridos por el área 3.0       PERFIL PROFESIONAL:3.1 Experiencia / conocimientos tecnicos.   • Experiencia mínima o aproximada de 5 años en procesos de áreas de producción y almacén directos de líneas / áreas de producción de Moldeo y Extrusion. • Conocimiento en procesos de ensamble. • Conocimiento de Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) intermedio / avanzado. • Manejo de AS400, M-Power, 3M, Packdraw, Macros, AutoCAD en nivel intermedio / avanzado. • Manejo de Minitab nivel intermedio principiante • Conocimiento y habilidad de implementación en Lean Manufacturing, Herramientas de Solución de Problemas y Calidad, Core Tools, 6 Sigma. • Interpretación y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones. • Conocimiento básico de la norma ISO13485 y la ley relacionada a FDA CFR21.820 y CFR 21.11 • Conocimiento como auditor interno de calidad (deseable) • Manejo de base de datos en SQL (deseable) • Experiencia técnica y en procesos de moldes y máquinas de inyección de plásticos de moldeo y extrusión (deseable). • Experiencia en validaciones de procesos, equipos y material (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV).
