Please review the job information below. </div>“This Position Is 100% On-site”GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB  The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) develop effective ways for stakeholders to view, use, and understand large complex sets of data. Designs, develops, and enhances reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and/or external customers. The objectives at this level are complex report writing, query generation, data validation, data visualization and end user education.  Incumbents report to the Data and Analytics Manager and will be assigned a focus area within the Driscoll Health Plan.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Positions in this class may perform any or all of the below listed duties. These should be interpreted as examples of the work and are not necessarily all-inclusive. 1. Follows the Driscoll Way with communication, end user engagement, and customer service at all times. 2. Follows all guidelines for PHI and data management.3. Develops complex SQL queries and has a strong understanding of data models within their assigned focus area. 4. Advanced skills in data visualization tools, maintains data visualization tools, ability to generate proper visualizations/Metrics for end user needs. Tools include SSMS (SQL Server), PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAS Software, and Epic (Clarity / Caboodle). 5. Engagement with end users: ownership of reporting initiatives, working with business to understand report needs, build report specifications and designing reporting solutions. 6. Minimal errors in report/query development by performing basic query tuning, proper data validation steps, reviewing or analyzing data prior to sending to requesters. 7. Works well in team environment and assists colleagues with peer review and guidance on report development, or query generation. 8. Can build complex reports in SSRS, paginated reports or other DHS software tools. 9. This position has the opportunity to advance into a Lead Business Intelligence Developer / Architect or Lead Healthcare Data Analyst. 10. Performs other related work as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. • Bachelor&#39;s Degree in the fields such as Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Data Mining and Analytics, Clinical Analytics, or Health Care Administration with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • 2 - 3 years of reporting and analytics experience or preferred degree with at least 2 years of business experience (nursing, epidemiology, health plan, etc.)

Buckeye Partners is currently seeking an Engineer II, Facility Integrity with facility integrity program management experience in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our team!
 
 Role Summary:
The Engineer II, Facility Integrity is an intermediate-level Engineer role with responsibilities to support the various programs that comprise Buckeye’s Facility Integrity program.
 
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
<ul>
<li>Facility Integrity Program Support. Supporting the implementation of Buckeye’s Facility Integrity Programs, including but not limited to,</li>
<li> Evaluating and continuously improving Buckeye’s Facility Integrity Programs through the investigation, recommendation, and implementation of new technologies.</li>
<li>Selecting Inspection/Testing/Preventive Maintenance (ITPM) activities and the required specific inspection tools based on risk assessments.</li>
<li>Researching background of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for program evaluation.</li>
<li> Reviewing facility equipment failure and metallurgical analyses reports.</li>
<li> Data Integration & Management. Facilitating Facility Integrity data integration within Buckeye’s GIS or other applications. </li>
<li> Risk Management & Mitigation. Managing risk analyses and developing risk prevention/ mitigation strategies. </li>
<li>Stakeholder Engagement. Identifying and involving stakeholders (both internal and external to Facility Integrity) for key decisions and preparing Management of Change (MOC) work orders for Facility operations-related activities and/or procedure revisions, as required. </li>
<li> Project/Program Management. Developing budgets and monitoring maintenance forecasts and expenditures related to the Facility Integrity Programs. </li>
<li>Department Support. Providing support for Asset Integrity Team members. </li>
<li>And other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
</li>
<li style="color: #000000;">
Experience: Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience.
</li>
<li style="color: #000000;">
Special skills:  Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications required. 
</li>
<li style="color: #000000;">
Special skills:  Proficiency with SQL, ESRI GIS, PowerBI, FME, Python, R, or other programming languages to perform data analysis is preferred.
</li>
<li style="color: #000000;">
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory codes relating to facility integrity management is required.
</li>
<li style="color: #000000;">
Travel Requirements: 10% travel possible.
</li>
</ul>
 
Certificates & Licenses:
<ul>
<li>
Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer certification is highly desirable.
</li>
<li>
API-570 or API-510 certification, or equivalent experience, is preferred
</li>
</ul>

<li>Requires strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills, ability to work well under pressure with strong commitment to safety. </li>
<li>Ability to supervise 24/7 operations and work overtime as required. </li>
<li>Requires excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and a high level of attention to detail. </li>
<li>Good communication skills (both oral and written), organizational and managerial skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with vendors and internal customers are essential. </li>
<li>Maintain high level of technical expertise to remain current with changing technology, standards and regulations. </li>
<li>Must be readily available to provide technical assistance during responses to pipeline releases or other emergencies.</li>
