Software Developer

Strong software development skills; 3+ years with .NET; ASP.NET 8, C#, EF, LINQ, JavaScript, KendoUI, Angular; SQL Server/Oracle; Visual Studio; strong analytical/problem-solving; independent judgment; excellent communication.

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using tools like Power BI or Tableau</li>
<li>Build and maintain data models, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines</li>
<li>Integrate and analyze data from D365 F&O, agronomy systems, IoT devices, and external sources</li>
<li>Support traceability, quality, and food safety reporting across operations</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Agronomy, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Provide backup IT technical support and basic troubleshooting to personnel, ensuring minimal downtime when primary IT services are unavailable</li>

 Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li>
<li>Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms</li>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
