The Studio Producer is responsible for end-to-end production management of campaign, brand, and ecommerce photography and video. This role owns intake prioritization, scheduling, and SKU-level accountability from the point of studio receipt through final asset delivery and upload readiness.The Studio Producer bridges creative vision and operational execution, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and technically accurate. In addition to production ownership, this role serves as a people manager for key post-production and asset-focused team members, strengthening accountability and reducing operational strain across the studio.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction &amp; Delivery Ownership<ul><li>Own production planning and execution for campaign, brand, and ecommerce photography and video.</li><li>Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, timelines, and shot lists.</li><li>Maintain SKU-level accountability once SKUs are received into the studio pipeline, from capture through final retouch, QA, and upload readiness.</li><li>Ensure all required SKUs are captured, retouched, properly named, organized, and delivered accurately.</li><li>Monitor production progress daily and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.</li><li>Adjust sequencing and priorities as needed to protect launches and key milestones.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams to align expectations and timelines.</li><li>Manage external vendors, freelancers, and post-production partners when required.</li></ul>Merchandise Coordination (Production-Focused)<ul><li>Partner closely with the Studio Manager to align production schedules with merchandise availability.</li><li>Validate that received SKUs align to shot lists, creative intent, and production needs prior to shoot execution.</li><li>Flag discrepancies, missing items, or condition issues that could impact production timelines or asset completeness.</li><li>Maintain visibility into SKU readiness and communicate risks that may affect launches or deliverables.</li></ul>Note: Intake, storage, tracking, and ordering of merchandise required for production are owned by the Studio Manager.Quality &amp; Brand Standards<ul><li>Ensure assets meet brand standards, creative intent, and technical specifications.</li><li>Review work at key milestones to prevent downstream rework.</li><li>Safeguard launch readiness and minimize errors that impact revenue or customer experience.</li></ul>People Management<ul><li>Directly manage the In-House Retoucher, Production Assistant, and Digital Asset Manager.</li><li>Set priorities and performance expectations aligned to production timelines.</li><li>Provide coaching, feedback, and development support.</li><li>Balance workload across post-production and asset management resources.</li><li>Clarify accountability for file naming, metadata accuracy, and upload validation.</li></ul>Process &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce friction.</li><li>Maintain clear visibility into project status, SKU progress, and delivery readiness.</li><li>Establish reporting mechanisms that provide leadership with transparency into progress and risk.</li></ul>

5+ years photography/video production experience; ecommerce/brand environment; strong studio workflows; vendor and cross-functional management; people management; detail-oriented in high-volume environments.

Fluke’s in-house Creative Studio is looking for a Video Producer who blends creative vision with operational excellence. In this role, you’ll define and evolve an overarching vision for video at Fluke, ensuring individual projects connect into a cohesive, audience-first storytelling ecosystem that advances business goals. You’ll lead end-to-end development of video content for internal and external audiences—shaping direction, priorities, and long-term value—across longform, shortform, social media, webinars, livestreams, testimonials, and product demos.&nbsp;
You’re equally comfortable brainstorming narrative arcs, crafting scripts and storyboards, securing shoots, directing talent, and guiding editors. You’ll partner closely with in-house visual designers and copywriters to shape ideas, then translate that creative vision into clear direction for external production partners and crew, ensuring the results are on brand, audience-first, and strategically effective.&nbsp;

Creative Development &amp; Storytelling
<ul>
 <li>Lead the creative development of video concepts across formats (long-form, short-form, webinars, livestreams, testimonials, product demos) from pitch through delivery.</li>
 <li>Serve as the creative point of view for Fluke customer storytelling, ensuring narratives reflect customer needs and align with Fluke’s brand standards.</li>
 <li>Produce emotionally resonant stories rooted in real Fluke customer experiences and insights, using interviews, field footage, and product context to bring authenticity to the screen.</li>
 <li>Partner with in-house visual designers and copywriters to co‑create treatments, scripts, storyboards, and motion/graphics approaches; ensure voice, tone, and visual systems are cohesive across assets.</li>
 <li>Develop clear creative briefs that articulate goals, audience insights, success metrics, and technical constraints, and socialize them with stakeholders and production partners.</li>

Production &amp; Execution
<ul>
 <li>Create and manage end-to-end production workflows: ideation, scripting, shot lists, schedules/call sheets, filming, editorial, color, sound, versioning, QC, and final delivery.</li>
 <li>Translate creative to external partners: direct vendors, studios, and freelancers (DPs, editors, sound, color) with clear briefs, references, and feedback to achieve the intended look, feel, and narrative.</li>
 <li>Manage remote and in-person productions across multiple locations; secure talent, locations, and permissions; coordinate with internal teams and external partners.</li>
 <li>Ensure accessibility and global utility by facilitating transcripts and translated captions for video deliverables.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Oversee video hosting and distribution (e.g., Brightcove, YouTube), partnering with social/digital teams to publish, tag, and optimize.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Maintain an organized video library and b‑roll repository with discoverable metadata (e.g., Box, Aprimo) for efficient reuse.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Alignment
<ul>
 <li>Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and compelling, supporting go‑to‑market priorities.</li>
 <li>Prioritize and traffic multiple projects, communicating status, risks, and decisions in a remote-first model; use Asana and studio standard work to drive alignment.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Design scalable content approaches (modular shoots, evergreen footage, format-specific cutdowns) that maximize reuse across regions, channels, and audiences.</li>

Performance &amp; Continuous Improvement

Must‑Have Skills &amp; Experience
