Position Summary
ALL Crane Service, located in Columbus has an opportunity for a Painter and Paint  Surface Prepper, working on various construction related equipment in a body shop environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bonus of $100 after 100 days of continuous employment.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Prepare equipment, product and assemblies for painting</li>
<li>Prime, paint and sandblast materials</li>
<li>Assemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company quality standards</li>
<li>Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulations </li>
<li>Any other duties that are needed around the shop and yard</li>
</ul>
Skills and Experience Requirements
<ul>
<li>Has knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in painting operations; willing to train and mentor</li>
<li>Able to use/lift fully loaded spray guns and work with/around spray paints requiring use of a respirator or fresh air system</li>
<li>Must be able to stand/walk around for long periods of time</li>
<li>Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on heavy construction equipment to gain access to different areas</li>
<li>Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed </li>

Individual will uphold Eagle quality by having a clear understanding of the paint process from start to finish, as well as various painting techniques.
