You will be responsible for turning legal requirements and governance frameworks into repeatable processes, tools, and developer-friendly guidance so that teams can move fast and build responsibly. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of performance contracting, project development process and energy use in building systems. An understanding of energy performance contracts or energy focused design-build projects in lower and higher education or municipal facilities is highly beneficial. About the Role
As a Regional TSMO & Traffic Department Leader, you will:

<li>Lead the development and execution of Gresham Smith's TSMO and Traffic Engineering Mid-South Regional business plan, including recruitment, staff development, profitability, and project performance</li>
<li>Oversee strategic planning by identifying market capabilities, investment needs, pursuit strategies, and teaming opportunities</li>
