This hybrid role is designed to lead the launch of new workforce programs through the TRUE Grant and transition into an instructional and program leadership position. During the initial phase, the Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the grant, ensuring successful implementation, compliance, and achievement of performance outcomes. Following program launch, the role will evolve to include instructional delivery, program management, and ongoing industry engagement, ensuring sustainability and continued growth of the construction workforce programs. This position plays a critical role in building talent pipelines aligned with regional workforce demand and advancing Temple College’s leadership in innovative workforce education. This position is grant-funded for two years and designed to transition to Program Lead and Industrial Trainer supporting Construction Management and Skilled Trades programs at Temple College. Continued employment is contingent upon program sustainability and institutional needs.
