Following program launch, the role will evolve to include instructional delivery, program management, and ongoing industry engagement, ensuring sustainability and continued growth of the construction workforce programs. This position plays a critical role in building talent pipelines aligned with regional workforce demand and advancing Temple College’s leadership in innovative workforce education. This position is grant-funded for two years and designed to transition to Program Lead and Industrial Trainer supporting Construction Management and Skilled Trades programs at Temple College.
