The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.  We are looking for hands-on full-stack engineering team leads who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. The team lead plays a meaningful role in crafting and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery within the construct of an Agile team. The role is to own an Agile team’s efforts to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of our core organizational functions.
