Views at Signal Mountain is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our 124 apartment home community in Chattanooga.

This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong HVAC experience and EPA certification who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly.

What You�ll Do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 126-unit apartment community
• Manage service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Lead apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and safety standards
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience required
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Previous maintenance leadership experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and personal tools
