Job Description

Responsibilities:

CAPEX

  • Proposal/conceptualization/user requirement/Design & Drawing
  • Identification/discussions/final agreement of proposals with vendors
  • Follow ups & Feasible offer (3 Nos)
  • CESS, CER, One pager/Approvals in Salesforce
  • Item code & PR for Negotiation & PO checking
  • Execution of CAPEX jobs
  • Job measurements & Invoicing
  • Capitalization/Asset No./Verification

Utility maintenance

  • Compressor management/AMC/Spares procurement & Invoicing/compressor Running optimization
  • Water /Electricity monitoring/Invoicing
  • ETP & STP maintenance to meet regulatory requirements.

Mechanical maintenance

  • Spares stock Monitoring/ PR/ offers/PO/Impress/ offers/ procurements planning/ GAR/ Invoicing/ Payment follow ups
  • Manpower optimization/ Deployment/ accounting/invoicing/AMC
  • Breakdown & preventive maintenance planning of Press, batch dryer, boiler, cutting machine, Mixers, Hoists, Crane, Belt Conveyer, Bucket Elevators, Packing Machine, Skip Hoist, ID Fans, Bag Filters, ETP & STP plant etc.
  • ISO Certification activities.

Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance

  • Spares stock Monitoring/ PR/ offers/PO/Impress/ procurements planning / GAR/ Invoicing/ Payment follow ups
  • Manpower optimization/ Deployment/ accounting/invoicing/AMC

General maintenance activities

  • Civil/carpentry/Plumbing/external agency/ enquiry/offers/spares/invoicing.
  • Overall maintenance cost budgeting and control
  • Developmental jobs & OPEX
  • conceptualization / implementations/ external agency enquiry/offers/ negotiations / implementations/ Documentations
  • Implementation of OPEX action plans
  • Sustenance of 5S
  • KAIZEN initiatives and reporting.

Statutory compliance jobs

  • Compliance/ Documentation
  • Liasioning with HR to statutory & regulatory bodies
  • EHS activities and compliance of audit findings
  • Monthly audits (Internal & External), conducting HIRA and other risk assessments.
  • Onsite emergency plan review
  • Ensuring all EHS guidelines and protocols are followed.  

Spare planning

  • Inventory management of spares
  • Store management

IT

  • Consumables/spares procurements/AMC/Invoicing
  • Taking care of Local IT related issues.

 

Skills & Competencies:
