Job Description

Department: TUL Table Games

Location: Tulsa

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time

Summary:
Creates a gaming atmosphere of excitement for guests and employees and ensure profitability of table games for the assigned shift. Oversee assigned blackjack games in pit area, providing guidance and direction to staff. Monitors table games to ensure efficient game play, game integrity, protection of CNC assets, while in compliance with all applicable tribal laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Create an atmosphere that induces guests to have CNC as the Casino of choice; actively build and maintain relations to ensure patrons receive superior service and information to encourage return business; initiate courteous and friendly conversations with guests; greet and welcome guest to the gaming floor. 

2. Listen to guest complaints and resolve situations in an equitable manner to preserve CNC standards of customer service. 

3. Inform Table Games Shift Manger of important, relevant facts regarding specific players. 

4. Provide gaming instructions to guests when requested, or as assigned, to encourage gaming activity. 

5. Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to established rules and procedures. 

6. Actively support current marketing promotions. 

7. Accurately administer and oversee table games in assigned area and shift, such as maintaining table chip trays/bank roll, inspecting/changing equipment as deemed necessary, maintaining appropriate game spread, ensuring adequate inventory of gaming supplies for area and generating various operating reports. 

8. Evaluate and supervise dealers and support staff to ensure objectives are accomplished and gaming rules, regulations and internal controls are followed. 

9. Open and close the Blackjack games in assigned area; monitor games in progress to ensure dealing is fast, flawless, procedurally correct or there is no unusual/suspicious activity between player and dealer. 

10. Document and report noteworthy events to Table Games establishment/monitoring of Shift Manager. 

11. Ensure CNC assets are protected at all times; assist in department standards to ensure proper planning, efficient operation of card games and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls. 

12. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. 

EDUCATION 

High School Diploma required. 

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum 3 years dealing experience. 

1 year of Table Games Supervisory experience preferred. 

Environment typically is a Class II or III Casino experience preferred. Knowledge of table games.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Key positions required knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements. 

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required
