ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to guide production associates, oversee equipment start-up/shut-down, support troubleshooting, and ensure safe, efficient production operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead production associates and ensure proper machine operation

• Support troubleshooting with operators and maintenance

• Ensure machinery is clean, operational, and safe

• Coordinate production schedule with supervisors

• Maintain pallet tracking and production inventory through PRISM system

• Assist with training new associates

• Perform CIP/COP processes on production equipment

• Complete and review production paperwork

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of production roles and operational procedures

• Ability to lift 5–100 lbs as required

• Ability to stand/walk 7+ hours

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING

• Full-time in a warehouse/production environment

• Wet, humid, high-noise, hot/cold environments

• PPE required
