School Link Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

Qualified Mental Health Professionals provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in home, office, and community-based settings. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a mission-driven team while delivering high-quality mental health care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility

  • Meet productivity and documentation standards

  • Collaborate with Fernbrook staff and external service providers

  • Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development

  • Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, values, and agency policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP

  • Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries

  • Ability to manage time, schedules, and deadlines independently

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing clinical growth

  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Salaried: 40–43 hours/week | Hourly: up to 40 hours/week

  • Regular travel to client homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices
