Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Facilities Maintenance Technician at Headquarter Hyundai is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and operational.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical work
- Perform basic carpentry as needed
- Maintain upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
- Regularly inspect the facility and identify issues
- Address maintenance issues promptly
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment
- Maintain tools and supplies
- Support seasonal facility projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facility maintenance preferred
- Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Adhere to the company’s dress code policy
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
