Join Our Team as a Social Wellness Aide!
The Social Wellness Aide is a fun, engaging, and people-centered role focused on bringing joy, connection, and meaningful experiences to our residents each day. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are interested in working in healthcare, gaining hands-on experience, and building a foundation for future career growth. The primary focus is social engagement and quality of life, rather than hands-on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with planning and leading daily social and recreational activities
• Encourage resident participation and provide friendly one-on-one interaction
• Support crafts, games, special events, and community outings
• Help create a warm, positive, and engaging environment
• Assist in the dining room during mealtimes (feeding assistance once CNA certified)
• Document participation and share observations with the care team
• Follow all safety and facility policies
Education and Experience
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred, but not required
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• CNA certification required within six (6) months of hire (paid training provided)
