Oxiliry is hiring Software Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex
software projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong
leadership skills, extensive experience in software development, and a proven
track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Project Planning and Management:
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in
  collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and
  resource allocations.
  
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all
  phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Team Leadership:
  
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams,
  providing clear direction and support.
  
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team
  environment.
  
• Manage team performance and provide constructive
  feedback.
  
• Stakeholder Communication:
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project
  stakeholders.
  
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential
  risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder
  expectations.
  
• Risk Management:
  
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Monitor and report on project risks and issues,
  ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required
  quality standards.
  
• Implement and oversee testing and validation
  processes.
  
• Facilitate continuous improvement and best practices
  in project management.
  
• Budget Management:
  
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring
  cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
  a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management
  certification.
  
• 5+ years of experience in software project management.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle
  (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
  skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  simultaneously.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g.,
  Zoho, Jira, Trello, etc.)
