Oxiliry is hiring Software Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex
software projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong
leadership skills, extensive experience in software development, and a proven
track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and
resource allocations. - Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all
phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams,
providing clear direction and support. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team
environment. - Manage team performance and provide constructive
feedback. - Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project
stakeholders. - Communicate project status, progress, and potential
risks to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder
expectations. - Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project risks and issues,
ensuring timely resolution. - Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required
quality standards. - Implement and oversee testing and validation
processes. - Facilitate continuous improvement and best practices
in project management. - Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management
certification. - 5+ years of experience in software project management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
(SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g.,
Zoho, Jira, Trello, etc.)
