POSITION SUMMARY: 



The Business System Analyst, Salesforce Administration serves as the connective tissue between business teams and the Salesforce platform. This role blends analytical thinking, process design, and hands on Salesforce administration to ensure the organization gets maximum value from its CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives at translating business needs into scalable solutions and enjoys being the go-to expert for system improvements, troubleshooting, and user enablement.



 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:




  • Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for enhancements, new features, and process improvements.

  • Translates business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Oversees and manage end to end development cycles, including design, coding, testing, sign-off, and deployment stages and documentation.

  • Supports Salesforce administration activities, including:

    • Managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets;

    • Creating and maintaining flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields;

    • Configuring dashboards, reports, and list views;

    • Maintaining data quality through deduplication, imports, and governance practices.



  • Collaborates with Salesforce developers to design and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Performs system testing, coordinate UAT, and ensure smooth deployment of new features.

  • Troubleshoots issues, perform root cause analysis, and design long term fixes.

  • Maintains documentation for system configurations, processes, and release notes.

  • Monitors Salesforce releases and recommend relevant new features or optimizations.

  • Provides training, support, and guidance to end users to drive adoption and best practices.

  • Ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.

  • Ability to work onsite/in-office in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
