The Patient Representative I serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role involves administrative support, patient interaction, and coordination with clinical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and demographics
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
