Job Description

Definir los parámetros de proceso para la implementación y mejora de los productos en planta,
asegurando la seguridad, la productividad, la reducción de los costos, la calidad y los tiempos
de fabricación.
B. RESPONSABILIDADES:
• Acompañar al área de producción durante la implementación del proceso de fabricación de
los productos nuevos o mejorados, nuevas tecnologías o equipos, con el fin de obtener datos
relevantes que permitan optimizar la productividad y garantizar el cumplimiento de
especificaciones.
• Generar las rutas de fabricación en el sistema ORACLE de acuerdo a las solicitudes de las
SBU que permitan definir las etapas e instrucciones de fabricación.
• Definir la capacidad de fabricación teniendo en cuenta los recursos de la planta, con el fin
de determinar los tamaños de lote de fabricación óptimos.
• Documentar y actualizar los procesos de fabricación (instructivos, diagramas de flujo, planes
de control) con el fin de garantizar la estandarización del proceso y cumplimiento de las
metodologías IATF.
• Monitorear y registrar los parámetros de proceso con el fin de analizar la variabilidad del
proceso e implementar el control estadístico que permite evaluar la consistencia del proceso.
• Registrar las desviaciones de calidad en el sistema ETQ, participar en la identificación y
análisis de causa raíz de los problemas internos y externos, realizar dentro de los tiempos
establecidos las acciones prevención generadas, con el propósito de evitar recurrencias en
los mismos.
• Generar ideas de mejora y colaborar con otros equipos para identificarlas , promoverlas y
priorizarlas, asegurando su adopción y evaluando su impacto, con el fin de garantizar la
mejora continua.
• Registrar los indicadores definidos en el proceso, con el fin de identificar puntos de mejora
o corregir desviaciones.
• Realizar caminatas de proceso, auditorias LPA, AMEF a la inversa, con el fin de identificar
oportunidades que permitan la mejora continua
