We are seeking to hire a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team of outstanding caregivers!

Position Overview:
As a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA), you will provide essential support to our nursing staff and direct care to our residents. Your role will be critical in ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents while assisting them with their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

  • Provide support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring and respectful environment.

  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

  • Assist with mobility, transferring residents as needed while ensuring their safety.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.

  • Assist with feeding residents, ensuring dietary needs are met and documenting food intake as necessary.

  • Uphold infection control protocols and adhere to safety standards at all times.

  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in [State].
