Your Responsibilities


 




  • Commercial support of a major customer in the semiconductor market segment




 




  • Preparation of quotations based on specifications from the Sales and/or Business Segment departments for customer‑specific products and projects




 




  • Independent order processing and deadline tracking, including necessary coordination with internal departments and communication with customers




 




  • Handling of special orders (e.g., quantity contracts, project orders, customer‑provided materials)




 




  • Processing of returns/complaints (credit notes, debit notes)




 




  • Creation and dispatch of invoices to customers




 




  • Master data maintenance in SAP SD (customer master data/material master data)




 


Your Profile 


 




  • Completed commercial training or university degree (FH)




 




  • Several years of professional experience in order management within a manufacturing‑oriented environment




 




  • Good command of English, both written and spoken




 




  • Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and organizational talent




 




  • Comprehensive process understanding and strong ability to grasp cause‑and‑effect relationships




 




  • Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAP R/3
