This Internship is available to Fitch or MCCTC students. 


Date Available: ASAP through the end of school year
Hours: 2:30 PM � 5:00 PM
Compensation:  Hourly rate of $14.00

Reports to: Transportation Director
Status: Non-union student internship (supplemental, non-replacement role)

Position Overview
This internship provides students with exposure to transportation and fleet operations. Duties are non-skilled, supervised, and supplemental in nature and will not replace bargaining unit work.

Requirements
Current Fitch or MCCTC student
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Favorable BCI/FBI background checks
Negative drug screen

Responsibilities (Under Supervision) - Interns may be asked to:
Assist with general garage organization and cleanliness
Support basic inventory and parts organization
Perform non-technical, light-duty support tasks
Wash buses and maintain work areas as directed
Observe transportation maintenance operations
