About the Department

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Dining Services Worker within the Kenneth Moy Care Center. This position will support our facility by performing tasks related to serving meals in the food line, the cafeteria and resident rooms. Duties also include clean-up of these areas after meals.


This position is eligible for Paid Leave hours at a proportional rate based on the number of hours regularly scheduled to work.

Position Duties

Responsibilities include:

  • Work on a meal assembly line at an assigned station, placing specified food, condiments, napkins, utensils, etc., transport completed trays, sanitize trays and serving lines, wash dishes and pots/pans, serve meals to residents in the Resident Dining Room, and assist residents in opening packages and cutting food as needed
  • Receive and stock/put away items in the storeroom, kitchen, and cafes, and clean the kitchen, resident dining room, and cafe
  • Act as a cashier, ringing up transactions and tendering cash
  • Take food orders and assemble orders in an accurate and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

A post offer physical is required.
A pre-employment background check is required.
