Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc. (FQHC)
Locations: Pierson | DeLand | Deltona | Daytona, FL

Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in our community health centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, acute care, and chronic disease management

  • Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and developmental/behavioral screenings

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to address medical and social needs

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record

  • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with HRSA, HIPAA, and state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program

  • Current, unrestricted Florida medical license

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics

  • DEA registration 

  • BLS and PALS certification 

Preferred:

  • Experience in an FQHC, community health, or underserved setting

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
