JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Expediter / Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing the flow of purchase orders, ensuring all required certifications and documentation accompany each job, and supporting general administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting the team, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor and track purchase orders and job status.
- Ensure all certifications and paperwork are complete and accurate.
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors to coordinate job flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, & preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Pick-up and Drop-off parts from vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Degree or Equivalent.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or expediter role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
