About the Role
The Growth Account Manager (AM) owns the customer relationship and commercial success across a portfolio of mid-market (“Growth”) accounts.
You will drive renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value — partnering closely with Solutions Engineers who lead technical implementation, while you focus on business alignment, relationship management, and growth.
This is a high-impact, commercially-oriented role operating across a portfolio of 40–50 customers.
What You’ll Do
- Own renewals and expansion across your portfolio
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews
- Align customer goals with NinjaCat capabilities
- Proactively identify risks and coordinate resolution
- Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Support to deliver outcomes

- Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Renewal Rate (Gross Retention)
- Expansion ARR
