Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Call Center Representative responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects through cold calling, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset, particularly within telecommunications services including wireless, broadband, TV, and VoIP.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to close opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years in call center sales or outbound calling
- Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales
- Background in telecommunications (wireless, broadband, TV, VoIP) strongly preferred
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Goal-oriented with a strong closing mindset
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (highly valuable in PR market)
