Production Operator

What are your main tasks?


  • Operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Observe machine operations and ensure the process is running up to standards.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality control tests and removing defective products from the production line.
  • Record production data.
  • Collaborate with a team of operators to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job performance.
  • Load and unload items from machines and racks.
  • Ensure the manufacturing process adheres to all company and industry guidelines for safety and efficiency.




What are your qualifications?


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility
  • Good time management skills
  • Great attitude
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and oral

 

1st and 2nd shift positions available.

 Core schedule is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be required.
