Title: Technology & Makerspace Instructor (Grades K–6)
Reports to: Elementary and Middle School Building Principals
Job Objective:
Plans, implements, and assesses engaging learning experiences in
Technology and Makerspace for students in grades K–6. The position
supports the development of creativity, problem-solving, collaboration,
and design thinking through hands-on learning experiences. The instructor also works
collaboratively with classroom teachers to integrate technology, innovation, and STEAM
concepts into the broader instructional program while supporting district technology
initiatives that enhance student learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce teaching licensure.
● Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
● Demonstrated ability to integrate technology and innovation into classroom instruction.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers to support technology integration across
grade levels.
● Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills.
